You can only equip Titles while in the Second or the Third Sea, but you can still claim them while in the First Sea.

Why are My Codes Not Working?
There are a few reasons why a code might not be working. If you typed in one of the codes, you might have made a typo. You could have also inputted a code that you have already used, as codes can only be used once per account.
